2026 exhibitor applications
Applications for our 2026 events have now closed, but we have a waiting list for 2 of them. If a suitable space becomes available, we'll be in touch to let you know.
There's no waiting list for Buxton Wool Gathering as we're oversubscribed for that event.
Cumbrian Wool Gathering is on 20th and 21st June 2026, with set up on Friday 19th. We only have space in the pens, which are £150 each. Pens measure approximately 2.7m x 2.7m.Stafford Wool Gathering is on 17th and 18th October 2026, with set up on Friday 16th. Space costs £35 per square metre.

What happens next
We'll notify you about your application outcome by email. We aim to let you know about Buxton Wool Gathering by the middle of November, but we'll try to let you know about all three events at the same time. It depends on the volume of applications we receive.
Anybody who isn’t accepted will automatically be added to the waiting list. If you don’t want this to happen, please let us know, and we'll delete your application data.
