What is a wool gathering?

Wool gathering is our name for a yarn festival. It’s a gathering of people with a love for wool and yarn, and the associated crafts. We bring together exhibitors who sell wool-related things and visitors who want to buy from those exhibitors, as well as learn more about certain skills.

We’ve been running events for ten years. You can find out more about our history on our who we are page.

Our values

We believe that wool crafts and yarn festivals are for everyone. We’re a small family-run company and we try to keep our events friendly and accessible for all. You can read full details in our Equality and Diversity Policy.
